Pizza Burritos Oven Air Fried (Printer-Friendly)

Cheesy tortilla wraps stuffed with pizza toppings and melted mozzarella, baked or air-fried until golden and crispy.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Pizza Filling

02 - 1 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional, or use mushrooms for vegetarian)
05 - ½ cup chopped bell peppers
06 - ¼ cup sliced black olives
07 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

→ Topping & Finishing

10 - Olive oil spray or pastry brush for coating
11 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
12 - Fresh basil leaves (optional)

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or preheat air fryer to 375°F
02 - Lay flour tortillas flat and spread 2-3 tablespoons pizza sauce in center, leaving edges clear
03 - Distribute mozzarella, pepperoni or mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder evenly over sauce
04 - Fold sides inward and roll up burrito-style to completely enclose filling
05 - Lightly brush or spray exterior of each burrito with olive oil
06 - Place burritos seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet for oven or in air fryer basket
07 - Oven method: bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Air fryer method: cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and browned
08 - Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil if desired before serving
