Hearty Potato Corn Zucchini Soup (Printer-Friendly)

# How To Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent, about 4 minutes.

03 - Add potatoes and zucchini. Cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
